The Peerless Building in downtown Fresno is a multi-use space for creative entrepreneurs. Once the site of one of Fresno’s most essential companies (Peerless Pump), the building has been transformed by Nader Assemi into a commercial, retail and industrial space for valley businesses ranging from 400-5,000 square feet.
The 30,000 square foot building presents a bright and modern vision, while maintaining a warehouse feel with echoes of its past. Over 20 spaces fall within the Peerless Building’s brick walls, ranging from food-ready storefront office spaces to workshops with manufacturing in mind.
The anchor tenants, Blue Dolphin Design & Engineering and product incubator non-profit organization the Pi Shop, have set the tone for the site, invoking buzz of manufacturing and innovation in downtown Fresno.
Peerless is also an ArtHop venue bringing lots of patrons and exposure to our renters.
