At Granville, building homes and communities has been our legacy, but just as importantly is why we build. Innovative designs, progressive building techniques and neighborhoods that foster responsible growth has been our pursuit and destination. It is a demonstration of our experience, our principles, and how we believe folks in our community wish to live. 

We have built  and renovated more than 6,000 homes and dozens of apartment communities in the Central Valley spanning more than four decades. But what gives us an immense sense of fulfillment is knowing we provide hope to others by contributing to better schools, designing healthier communities, and giving back to causes that serve the less fortunate in our community. 

We are committed to this mission and therefore everything we do derives from these principles because we know it isn’t just about building – it’s about creating a brighter future for all we serve.
